SAAC 35 - Even More Pictures!

I have already had two posts about The Shelby American Automobile Club's 35th annual national convention that was held at the end of August. Here is another one with some more pictures. It was held in Sonoma, CA at Infineon Raceway. The host hotel was located in San Rafael, CA. It was a fantastic meet, and I'll have more about it here on the Blog.

SFM5029 - Number 29 was one of three '65 GT 350's originally used for Carroll Shelby's School of High Performance Driving back in 1965.

They were not all finished!!

Here is one of the most popular shots from the entire event.  A 1966 White and Gold Hertz car gets a close inspection from the team of concours judges.

Now they check the trunk out.

Here is a nice pair of Black and Gold 1966 GT 350H's.

1970 Boss 302 on the track.

1969 Boss 302

How about this cool road racing Falcon?  It ran well and looked just as good!

More track action.

Trans Am Boss 302 after a minor "mishap" with another car.

Another nice car in the Trans Am Race.

Here is a shot from the Shelby Race.
