Grand Sport Mustang?

As most of our readers know, we have been involved in the Mustang hobby for well over 45 years. In that long time, this is certainly one of the most interesting items that we have run across.

It's a Grand Sport badge that is obviously patterned after (or maybe it came first!) the 1965 and 1966 GT badges.

We purchased in many years ago from someone and have never seen another one. It is most certainly some type of prototype item.

We have included pictures of the front and back of the emblem, along with similar pictures of an NOS Ford 1965 GT badge.

New Mustang GT Emblems

New Exact Reproduction of the 1965 Mustang GT Fender Badge Emblem.

We now have two new GT Emblems for you Mustang. The first one is for the restoration and show car folks. It's a brand new copy of the original 1965 GT Emblem with the proper cloisonné insert.

Then for those who prefer a cool custom touch, we now offer a "reverse color" GT emblem. This nice emblem features a black background with red GT letters.

1970 Mustang Mach 1 Trunk Letter Set

We have exact reproductions of the original '70 Mustang Mach 1 Trunk Letter Sets.  These letters are pressure die cast zinc and made just like the originals.  They feature beautiful chrome plating with the correct black painted details and have a 3M™ adhesive backing.  Equally important, they also have the correct contour for the proper fit on the trunk lid.  This is a feature missing from other reproductions.

Our part number is ER-233.  It is another great part made by Scott Drake Mustang Parts.

Cobra Emblem

We have received a few questions about the Cobra emblems on the fenders of our 65 Mustang HiPo Convertible.  These emblems were originally installed on the Cobras, and they were included in some of the engine induction kits that were sold through Ford.  Our Mustang has the Cobra Three 2-V Induction Kit, which would have included two of these Cobra emblems.

These emblems are available as our part number ER497.  They are made by a company in the USA that originally made emblems for Ford and Shelby back in the sixties.  They are die cast metal, nicely detail painted and have two pins for mounting on the back side.

Stick On Mustang Running Horse Emblems

For years, we have handled the beautiful Running Horse emblems from Scott Drake Mustang Parts for the various 65-68 model Mustangs .  They are absolutely the best ones available on the market.

These reproductions are made exactly like the originals and have the mounting pins on the back.

We now have the exact same emblems with a 3M adhesive backing.  These are the style for all 1965 and 1966 Mustangs along with the six cylinder 1967 and 1968 Mustangs.  These are the emblems without the engine designation on the top.  The 3M adhesive backing allows for easy and secure mounting to any year model Mustang.  In fact, they are easy to mount to anything...tool boxes, plaques, etc....use your imagination!
