We recently ran across the website, http://www.gyronautx1.com about the Gyronautx X-1 which captured the Land Speed Record for motorcycles in 1966. Believe it or not, there was a Mustang and Shelby American connection with one of the builders. One of the posts contains the information along with some great vintage pictures.
