1965-69 Mustang and Shelby Muffler / Resonator Hanger Bracket

'65-69 Mustangs (and, of course, Shelbys) equipped with factory dual exhaust had two brackets with studs to hang the muffler (65-66) and resonator (67-69) brackets from the floor pan. These brackets install from the interior under the rear seat.

We now have two different versions. Our economy style brackets work great and are very close to the originals but are not 100% like the originals.

We now have new brackets available that are 100% exactly like the originals...right down to the dog point ends on the studs and the correct lock nuts.

The 1966 Shelby used a unique wheel center cap on the cars that were equipped with both the chrome and painted Magnum 500 wheels.

The "standard" Shelbys used the cap with a GT-350 decal and most of the GT-350H (Hertz Rent-a-Racer) models used the same cap with a Hertz Sports Car Club Decal.

These caps were originally chrome plastic and used a unique rear mounting bracket.

The Carroll Shelby Tribute and Car Show was held May 21, 2016 at the old Shelby Headquarters in Gardena, CA. This event is held annually, and the 2016 one was the fourth annual show. We weren't lucky enough to attend, but our friend, John at www.shelbyguy.net took some fantastic images.
