It's been a while since I've posted about our 1966 GT350 Shelby "clean up".  Click here to see the last post.

This is a nice, original car that we have chosen to just clean up and maintain a great deal of its originality. There are always difficult decisions in doing a "restoration" like this. For example, the heater box assembly is nice, but it simply needs a little help.  We have chosen to refinish the surface rusted inside doors, replace the deteriorated foam, and preserve the outside heater motor finish.

The LH air vent also needed restoring.  The interior is mostly all original and is just receiving a good clean up. The underside of the floor pan has been cleaned up and still has its original finish.

Take a look at our pictures from April.  Thanks to Jeremy at Maple Hill Restoration for supplying the pictures and the fantastic work.
