I couldn't have said it better. Because of EPA regulations I had to paint my 66 with a clear coat base coat. I miss the luster of lacquer. I miss being able to restore my car correctly. I loved the surfing Polynesian girl fantasy -- I can relate. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.
